Silver Charm is happy to offer full refunds for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, email email@example.com to request an RA number. This request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of your item. Once you have the RA, simply send the item back to the address below with the original receipt and RA number specified somewhere on the package. Your merchandise must have all the original tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one week.
Note: Sale items are not returnable unless specified otherwise.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you hear back from us confirming that we have the requested items in stock, send back the original merchandise to the address below with the original receipt. The merchandise must have its tags attached and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Once we have received and inspected your item(s) we will notify you that your exchange was successful and when your order will be shipped.
